I was always in luck when I can teach in Verona as part of Fitchburg State’s study abroad program.  I am not often inspired by city architecture, but I was inspired by the effect of looking through trees for special distant views (also seen on hikes in Vermont and upstate NY).  The top two images are from the Giusti Gardens.
